He might be battling cancer but broadcaster Park pilgrim isn’t dead yet. He has clarified the issue himself while urging the public to be mindful of the rumours being spread that he is dead.
Pilgrim, who works as a radio jock at Hot 1027 started trending on South Africa’s Twitter after some tweeps started sending condolence messages to his family on the microblogging platform. But since he isn’t actually dead yet, the station had to put out a disclaimer.
Pilgrim is reportedly currently battling stage four cancer and has physically shrivelled up as a result of his affliction. He still maintains a cheerful personality, however, occasionally giving clues about the state of his health and his hope for the future.
A recent update from him shows that he is hopeful of one day leaving the hospital in excellent health to start living normally with his spouse, daughter, and pet dog. Since dreams can come true, his just might manifest – and we hope it does.
