MashBeatz Shares His Regrets As A Member Of The Wrecking Crew

South African music producer MashBeatz has shared his one regret as a member of the hip hop collective The Wrecking Crew, which is no longer active in the real sense of the word.

In the days of its power, the group, which comprises A-Reece, Wordz, Ex Global, Ecco, B3nchMarQ, Flame, Tyga Bankz, Mellow, MashBeatz, and 1000 Degreez,  was one of the most talked-about collectives in South African hip hop, ANd then the members had gone their separate ways.

The details of what really happened remain a sporadic subject in South Africa. Anyway, during an appearance on the Choppin’ It With Bhudha T Podcast with Zingah, he had been asked if the group put together a project before things went South.

In reply, he noted that his chief regret as a member of The Wrecking Crew Member was that he did not put out a project with the group. Of course, lessons have been learned, and those lessons would form the basis of new decisions going forward.

MashBeatz is more of a producer, and he has worked with several leading industry figures in the same capacity. He especially stands out for his collaborations with another TWC member, A-Reece – The Boy Doing Things.
