Master KG’s wins continues with a recent nomination in the Best Male category of the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) Kampala 2021.
Master KG informed his fans of his nominations via Twitter, urging them to keep on voting. To vote, fans need only visit the MTV MAMA site (mtvmama.com/vote).
In spite of the pandemic, 2020 has turned out a beautiful year for Master KG. He has clinched award after award, leaving no one in doubt that he is one of the notable voices in South African music.
His song “Jerusalema,” which featured Nomcebo, was one of the biggest songs this year. In fact, it became a global hit when celebs around the world vibed to it. Among those who had endorsed the song are the Portuguese footballer Christiano Ronaldo and the American musician Janet Jackson.
If Master KG should win the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA), it would be a superlative end to 2020 and a grand beginning in 2021. He is actually looking forward to it.
