Maybelline x In the City Fest is reported to have been a success.
In April, it was reported that Maybelline New York announced its second edition of the Month of Maybelline, to celebrate music, beauty, and style. The festival was scheduled to happen in May 2024. It was influenced by the success of last year’s events, and the organizers promised even better festivities.
The event was on partnership with In The City, and it boasted a line-up of local acts and of course the acclaimed singer, songwriter, producer, and instrumentalist – Mereba. The main events were held at “In The City” at the Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town on 3rd May 2024, and at the iconic Constitution Hill in Johannesburg on 4th May 2024.
Tickets were sold at R599.00 for General Access Phase 3 and R1299.00 for VIP. Speaking about the event, Irina Devine, Marketing Manager at Maybelline New York said,
“We are incredibly excited to bring back the Month of Maybelline for the second time. This year, we’re taking things up a notch with an epic concert experience that showcases the intersection of music, beauty, and self-expression. It will be a celebration, and we can’t wait for our fans to join us.”
According to a recent report by News24, it was a successful event and the guest were satisfied.
