Marriage has often been described as sweet, and for those going into it with the purest of intentions, the goal is to remain married until death. But life happens, and we see hitherto lovers divorce and go their separate ways. And where the divorced couple is popular, there are bound to be questions as to the reason for the split.
South African actress and film producer Minnie Dlamini is one person who fits the popular tag — a famous actress and media personality whose marriage has since grounded to a halt.
She was previously married to Quinton Jones, and at some point, she and her man were among South Africa’s most loved couples. So when they issued a joint statement last year that they were separating, many South Africans were stunned. No one saw it coming.
Anyway, Minnie Dlamini’s separation from Quinton Jones was a subject of conversation recently when she had a sit-down with 704’s Relebogile Mabotja.
