Mzansi media personality Anele Mdoda is “honoured” to be hosting this year’s Miss SA final. And she made this know in a post on social media.
The award-winning radio and television presenter took to Instagram, where she announced she’s officially the host of this year’s pageant in August. She admitted the event would be life-changing for whoever would emerge the winner in the final.
But who would that she? She had no clues, so she asked her fans who their money was on. For her part, she’s just excited and honoured to be the one to present the show to the world.
Two months ago, the pageant organiser had unveiled a list of 30 shortlisted ladies, and Mzansi had gone through the list in excitement. Now one of them will be picked as the winner and her life transformed for good.
By the way, Anele Mdoda being a part of the show had elicited mixed reactions from some South Africans, who asked the pageant organisers to dump her because she consistently insults the American singer Kelly Rowland.
Anele Mdoda is infamous for calling Kelly Rowland ugly. For this, she had been dragged online. However, she refused to apologise for her take on the Destiny’s Child member.
