Missing Cape Town Woman Julie Goodness Found Alive & Unharmed

Julie Goodness, a Cape Town lady who went missing on Monday morning, has been found alive and unhurt after days of searching. Lieutenant Colonel Malcolm Pojie, a Western Cape police spokesperson, verified the news, stating that Goodness had been safely reunited with her friends.

Goodness was last seen leaving her Gardens home in the City Bowl, prompting investigators to seek for her around the Table Mountain region. Fortunately, she was discovered on Wednesday afternoon in the CBD area.

Marc Truss, the chairperson of Cape Town’s central community policing forum, expressed joy that Goodness had been found safe and sound, noting that she had been “reunited with her loved ones.” Richard Armstrong, Goodness’ partner, expressed relief and delight at her return, saying the previous few days had been “a very difficult time.”

The family has since requested privacy and respect for their personal space, and the media has been advised to comply. The safe return of Goodness is a glimmer of optimism in a week that has seen numerous instances of missing people, including a German tourist and an American woman who has yet to be found.
