Er, $28 Million is a staggering amount of cash for most people. Now imagine someone who sees it as nothing more than a simple expense and splurges that much on a single car. Well, that is the reality of the American rapper Jay0Z and Jay-Z, who have reportedly spent exactly that sum on a Rolls Royce Boat Tail.
The news of the couple acquiring the vehicle has been flying around for a while. It gained resonance again recently after Daily Loud shared a clip of the vehicle as it was being unveiled and driven out (not by the couple).
The video wowed many on Twitter, most of whom wondered why the car should be so expensive and why the celebrity couple should decide to buy it. Some put themselves in the shoes of Jay-Z and his wife, noting that if they should have such funds, they would also have found better uses for it and not splurged on that expensive whip.
Some tweeps could not be bothered about the whip because it does not add anything to their lives in any way. For Beyonce and Jay-Z, they have indirectly advertised, once again, that they are one of the power couples out there.
