It is the dream of many to live long and die at old age accomplished. Actor and model Charlbi Dean probably had the same dream. But death had other ideas. She died from a sudden unexpected illness at the age of 32.
It’s a “Triangle of Sadness” for her fans, family and well-wishers, who didn’t see the tragedy coming. And they have been struggling to process the tragedy since.
In a statement released Tuesday, August 30, her rep confirmed the death, noting that the actress passed on the day before (Monday).
Until her death, she was famous as Harris Dickinson’s partner in the flick Triangle of Sadness, which won the Palme D’Or at Cannes. Actually, before the film won the award, Dean had made a statement which turned out prophetic.
In her words, “For me, I’m like, I’ve already won. I’m already at Cannes with the movie. That’s so unbelievable.” And that was how it turned out. She won and snapped a place among the winner of a highly rated award.
