For those who have been wondering about the state of Somizi’s relationship with his husband Mohale Motaung, there’s an answer finally – or a semblance of it.
Contrary to speculations flying across social media,Mohale has made it clear that he and Somizi are still partners. He deplored a situation where people usually wish evil on others and their relationships.
Speaking in an interview with Power FM, Mohale opened up about his relationship with the controversial Idols SA judge, insisting they’re still an item. He denied that Somizi’s lawyers had served him divorce papers and that they’re no longer in the same apartment.
Speculations Somizi and Mohale have separated gained traction when Mohale was sighted without his wedding band. Before then, he and Somizi had barely been seen together, unlike in the early days of their relationship.
Whether by design or accident, Somizi had apparently stoked the rumous when he wore a shirt with an inscription that reads “I’m too hot for my ex.” Also, Somizi is mostly to be found in the company of his pal Vusi Nova. The two have had a couple of vacations already and are not done giving Mzansi best friend goals.
