Top figures Moshe Ndiki, Arthur Mafokate and more stars stunned on the Annual SA Sports Awards red carpet.
It is always fun to see our faves come out and have a good time celebrating each other and their achievements. That’s also what happens at the Annual SA Awards. Top names including Moshe Ndiki, Arthur Mafokate, Min. Zizi Kodwa, retired netball player Bongi Msomi and more recently hit the red carpet at the 17th Annual SA Sports Awards 2024.
The award show happened over the weekend on Sunday, 5 May 2024 at the Superbowl in Sun City. According to reports by Briefly News, the national rugby team dominated the event with the most wins of the night.
While talking to Briefly News on the red carpet, retired national netball player Bongi Msomi shared that she was excited and grateful to have been invited to the Awards. She also cheered on the nominated sportswomen. She said,
“I am super excited and grateful to have been invited to these prestigious sports awards and having to be able to cheer and celebrate them here at the ceremony. I am happy that women are now being involved in such events and are getting recongnised.”
Arthur Mafokate shared pictures from the event and captioned the post,
“Me and my Mini Me @ajmafokate at the Sport Awards this past weekend, sometimes just go out with your son/s only and go reflect #SASportAwards2024.”
