Fans who could not stand the news started asking questions and in no time the South African producer began trending on the country’s Twitter.
Some fans were of the view that songster was merely pulling off a PR stunt; others defended him, insisting he could not have done that because he has a pretty big brand which is above such moves.
Amid criticisms, it soon emerged that the songster was safe, after all – or so one of his friends claimed. The friend and associate of Mr Jazziq, who goes by the handle @officialfakelove_, calmed fans down, insisting the songster is okay. He thanked those who had expressed concern about his pal’s whereabouts.
Many consider Mr Jazziq a cultural treasure because of his contributions to South African music. The songster has released several interesting numbers, most recently “Amaneighbour,” a collaborative work with Reece Madlisa, Zuma & ThakzinDJ.
Well, what do you think about Mr Jazziq going missing and the public’s response to it? You might want to join the conversation by dropping your thoughts in the comment section. Way to go!
