Springboks star Cheslin Kolbe’s wife Layla and their children returned to South Africa without him, leaving many South Africans curious. They were all in Tokyo, Japan, previously.
Cheslin Kolbe plays for Sungoliath, a local club in Japan. So his staying back has nothing to do with marital issues but work-related. He had to be around to contribute to the team.
In a post on her official Instagram page, Layla shared a picture of herself with her three kids, apparently soon after they landed in South Africa from Japan. She’s glad to be back in Mzansi, where she can finally call “home.”
Her post resonated with most of her compatriots, who have so far liked the post more than 13k times. The comments are just as plentiful, numbering over a hundred so far.
Some of her fans pointed out they are happy she is home safe. Some wanted to know what she should return without her husband, and yet some simply praised her family and the apparent unity they share. You can check out the post below.
