Mzansi Reacts To Tremor In Centurion
Mzansi has reacted to a recent tremor in Centurion.
On Sunday afternoon, social media was flooded with reactions to a recent tremor in Centurion. Residents of Centurion took to Twitter to share reactions to the unexpected natural occurrence which some found funny while others were freaked out by it.
According to reports, the tremor which measures 2.7 on the Richter scale hit at 1:29 pm. Also, the Council For Geoscience reports that Fochville in Gauteng also experienced a tremor of a magnitude of 2.5 at 7:32 pm on the same day. A lot of people in Mzansi have exaggerated their thoughts about the tremors and shared reactions about it.
According to the reactions shared on social media, some believe that there is more coming. A user called Centurion “a sinkhole waiting to happen”. Reports that Centurion was hit by heavy floods earlier last month did not help matters. Check out some of the tweets below.
