When you’re a celebrity, trust people to always have an opinion on anything and everything about you and to share the same online. We see this happen all the time.
Well, it has happened again, this time with South African singer Makhadzi as the subject of the public’s scrutiny.
In a post on her official Twitter page, she had shared two pictures, one showing her standing beside a bloke and rocking a Bodysuit, and the other showing the American pop singer Beyoncé alone and rocking a body suit. The caption to the post partly indicates that Beyoncé was the inspiration behind the outfit.
South Africans were amused by Makhadzi’s outfit because they felt it was mediocre and less artistic than the supposed inspiration behind it. They laughed out loud, letting Makhadzi know she trolled herself with her outfit.
In the same tweet, Makhadzi had announced her tour, which would see her traverse both the United Kingdom and Zambia, but Mzansi appeared uninterested in that part but in how she seemingly made a caricature of Beyoncé’s body suit. You can check out the tweet below.
Well, Makhadzi has made her fashion statement. Whether tweeps like it or not is a different conversation entirely.
