Give it to social media users to always share their thoughts, negative and positive, about whatever interests them online. Well, most have just shared their opinion about a clip posted by the gospel artist Benjamin Dube, dismissing him for being a “show-off.”
What really happened? On July 9, the singer had posted a clip which showed it was snowing where he was – at his home. But the camera was panned away from the falling snow at some point and lingered on two luxury cars in his garage – a Mercedes and a BMW.
Some South Africans who saw the clip were unimpressed and they made it clear that he, in fact, wanted to show off his cars and not tell his fans about any falling snow. You can check out the controversial clip below.

Whatever the purpose of that clip is unclear but the gospel musician has certainly done what he wanted to. He has no control over the reaction of the public to what he posted. As one of the notable gospel musicians in South Africa, it was inevitable that the public should pay attention to what he shares and comment about them as well – the reality of being a celeb.
