Diamonds are forever, right? Well, so are memories for some people, including Nadia Nakai, who recently lost her boyfriend AKA. The “Fela in Versace” rapper was shot dead on the streets of Durban on February 10, silencing an illustrious music career.
But the rapper is still very much alive in the hearts of his fans and those who love him, including, of course, the woman he was dating when he was killed.
That woman, Nadia Nakai, has just clued fans in on the one thing she did that broke her lover’s heart. Of course, at the time she did it, she was unaware of the implications. But AKA told her and she learned a lesson and made a decision about that.

In a post on her Instagram Story, the “Yass Bitch” rapper noted that she had taken off her necklace at some point and AKA let her know that he never takes off his, and the moment she took hers off was heartbreaking.
Now, following the tragedy that consumed her lover and correspondingly her relationship, she has made the decision to never take off the necklace. She also expressed the wish that it would protect her somehow. You can check out her post below.
