Nandi Madida Shares Thoughts On State Crime In Mzansi After Driving Past Hijacking Scene With Her Son

It is a known fact that crime is prevalent in South Africa. However, not all of them get to make it to front-page news. So South Africans are bound to listen when a crime incident is brought to the attention of social media users, as Nandi Madida has just done.

In a tweet, Scrolla Africa noted that a botched hijacking had taken place at the N3/ London off ramp in Alexandra and that three hijackers were shot dead while attempting to rob a motorist on Tuesday morning and the suspects who sustained gunshot wounds were taken to the Tembisa Hospital for treatment.

Nandi Madida had shared the post and noted in her retweet that she passed the scene while driving her son to school. To prevent her son from noticing what had happened and bombarding her with questions, she distracted him by playing videos on her phone.

She then touched on the security situation in the country, noting how things had deteriorated and now everyone lives in fear. Something drastic has to be done to address the situation so South Africans don’t continue living in fear. You can check out her post below.

Many South Africans agreed with her in the comments.
