Nasty C Bags Gig On NBA 2KBeats Lineup Alongside COnnie Diiamond, Rick Ross, Others

South African rapper Nasty C has just snagged another gig that has many of his compatriots celebrating him and his success. The songster has just been unveiled as part of the lineup for the 2k Beats.

The event is the result of a collaboration between the NBA and Def Jam to celebrate hip-hop’s 50th anniversary. The event will also see the likes of Rick Ross, Warren G, Connie Diiamond, Haiti Babii, and Navy Blue performing.

Both Def Jam and NBA2k released a joint Instagram post showing the lineup for the event. Nasty C’s name was the second on the list, just after Rick Ross. You can check out the joint post below.

It is obvious Nasty C snagged a spot on the list because he is a part of Def Jam Africa. He signed a deal with the body a while back and moved to the United States soon after – after being held back briefly by the coronavirus pandemic.

Nasty C is the only South African on the list, which is pretty symbolic for him and his career = perhaps affirming the title of an old album of his – “Zulu Man With Some Power.” Yeah, the songster has got some power
