We are uncertain if the cause of this is because of the lockdown or something else, but the South African hip hop scene is becoming hotter by the day as several artists are starting twars and ‘beefing’ one another. It is surprising that this period where we are supposed to be united as we work together to combat the virus is the period that several feuds are instigated.
Award-winning rapper, Nasty C, has revealed what he thinks about his fellow rapper, A-Reece. In a deleted tweet, the young rapper stated that A-Reece is a hungry youngen.
Nasty C tweeted:

His tweet came up after a fake album was released online. It happened to be a copy and paste version of Nasty C’s album titled ‘Zulu Man With Some Power.’ The fake album was released under A-Reece’s name and titled ‘Sotho Man With Some Power.’
Following the release of the fake album, A-Reece released a statement which claimed that he is not associated with the production of the album. He further pleaded with his fans to not be a victim of the scam.
Following Nasty C’s now-deleted tweet, Twitter users commented that A-Reece is in a league of his own. They went as far as stating that Nasty C is bothered because A-Reece is able to kill the game with his smooth lyrical content.
A-Reece has not responded to the comment made about him by Nasty C. However, fans of the talented rapper hope that he replies with another killer track.
