Nasty C & Cassper Will Drop Their Albums On The Same Day
SA Hip Hop stars Cassper Nyovest and Nasty C will drop their new albums on the same day.
Everyone thought Nasty C’s next album was scheduled for release on August 25, but it seems plans have changed. Appearing on Live with Cassper to talk about their African Throne tour, which starts this Friday, they both revealed their albums will drop on the same day.
Cass asked Nasty, “When did you say your album is dropping again?” and Nasty C replied, “15 September.” “I think we might be dropping on the same day,” Cassper said. “That’s awesome; that’s fire.” A little unsure, Cassper said, “But that would seem like we planned it; that’s crazy. I’m a bit nervous,”
But Nasty C reassured him how different their projects were, “After hearing the stuff that you played me the other day, it’s definitely gonna be like competition, but I dont think our albums will sound similar enough for people to really compare them like that. I think they are gonna enjoy them both thoroughly. Your approach and my approach are very different,”
They’ll be kicking off the African Throne your in Arusha, Tanzania this Friday.
