Nasty C Covers Moziak Magazine, Speaks On His Zulu Man Album, Ambitions, & More

Nasty C has made it to the cover of Moziak Magazine. The 16th issue is called The Zulu Man edition, perhaps because the focus was on Nasty C and his “Zulu Man With Some Power” album which premiered 28 August.

In the interview with Moziak, which was released same day as Nasty C’s third studio album, the songster spoke on several subjects, from his music career to his dreams going forward.

“Zulu Man With Some Power” album was about a year in the making. Now that is is out, Nasty C says in the interview that he feels great, and he wouldn’t trade that feeling for anything in the world.

He is especially chuffed that the single “Zulu Man” dominated trends across social media when it was released. In that song, which was criticized in part by the producer Lavida Nota, Nasty C rapped in Zulu. Nasty C says he feels good about the song because it did what he wanted it to do: provoke conversation.

An artiste with international ambitions, Nasty C says if he had a choice to play in one international arena, it would be the O2 in London. Although it isn’t the biggest arena in the world, it’s a venue with great prestige, a “legendary place” – not easy to own and not easy to fill up, especially as an African artiste – or so he says.
