Nasty C Explains Why He Dedicated Unreleased ‘WUD’ Song To Pearl Thusi

Award-winning rapper, Nasty C, is presently one of the reigning rappers in the South African hip hop industry. The young rapper continues to raise the bar with a new show on Youtube: Castle Lite Unlocks In Bed live-stream show. In this entertaining online show, Nasty C performed his new unreleased single titled ‘WUD.’

Nasty C and American radio host and TV presenter, Sway, discussed his unreleased song ‘WUD,’ in the live-stream concert. It was then we discovered that the song was written for popular South African actress and media personality, Pearl Thusi.

The young rapper stated that he wrote the song about three years ago. However, the song was left incomplete with Pearl Thusi having not heard the song until his recent performance. He further explained the context of the song and claimed that ‘WUD’ was composed as an empowerment anthem to Pearl Thusi who has shown her full support to the growth of his musical career.

Nasty C explained:

I never got a chance to finish it. I never put it out. She’s never even heard it. This is just a salute to her…she’s like a sis to me, she’s always been showing love since the beginning and people give her unnecessary sh*t ao I made the song for her just to big her up.
