South African rapper Nasty C released an album dubbed “Zulu Man With Some Power” a while back. While the project resonated with many South Africans at the time and may have pleased the rapper at the time, his opinion about the project has since changed.
The songster released a new album dubbed “I Love It Here” and also had a reflective moment on the projects he has released so far in his music career. The result is an interesting verdict: “Zulu Man With Some Power” is his worst album to date.
Yes, that is what Nasty C thinks. The reason for this, and why the album didn’t do quite well in his estimation, was that the album was inspired by someone else. Details about his take on that are available in a video interview embedded at the end of this post.
Some of his fans didn’t share his views on the album, however. Some of them believe the album was released at the wrong time – when people were immersed in amapiano music. And some are of the view that “Zulu Man With Some Power” was actually a good album.
