Nasty C Reacts As “Jack” Music Video Disappears From YouTube

The music video for Nasty C’s song “Jack” has been taken down from video streaming platform YouTube.

Released in June, the music video had done impressive numbers – over 3 million views at the time it suddenly disappeared.

A fan had noticed the disappearance and alerted the Zulu Man With Some Power. Clearly, Nasty C knew about the disappearance but didn’t speak about it previously.

Responding to the fan, however, the songster indicated he knew about the disappearance, attributing it to “hating” but disclosing nothing of who might be responsible. You can check out his post below.

By the way, this isn’t the first time a South Africa artist’s work had vanished from YouTube. In previous cases, though, the reason for the disappearance was made known near-instantly, with artist bickering online over copyright, agreements, and whatnot.

Once described as Africa’s Coolest Kid, Nasty C may no longer use the tag as often as he used to, but he remains one of the respected voices in South African hip-hop. His signing to Def Jam Africa last year opened the doors for him to continue his career journey in the United States.

He’s been spotted in the studio with some greats, including Snoop Dogg.
