It’s about three weeks since The Coolest Kid in Africa Nasty C released the music video of his song “Black and White,” featuring America’s Ari Lennox.
Three weeks and the music video has reached a milestone of over 2 million views on YouTube – not a bad figure for a South African hip hop song.

“Black and White” music video dropped just in time for Valentine’s Day, and because it bears a message of love, it was the song of choice for many on the day long recognized as a day of love globally.
It is also noteworthy that Nasty C had performed the song during his appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. He was the first South African hip hop artiste to make it to the show. His appearance n the show apparently gave global visibility to the music video and upped the numbers.
