You must have seen everything happening on social media since AKA’s passing. The rapper was shot dead on Friday on his way out of a restaurant in Durban. Fans have since shared heartbreaking reactions to the news.
Several tweeps have also pointed accusing fingers at Nelli Tembe’s father, Moses Tembe, who they claim could be behind the murder. The famous businessman has finally released a statement. He said his family is devastated by the death of the “Cross My Heart” star.
He also sent condolences to AKA’s family, saying he knows how it feels to lose a child. He called AKA a talented musician who contributed immensely to the South African music industry. He also urged the public to give the family space and time to process the passing of their son. However, Mzansi is skeptical about the statement. They still think he did it, while some don’t.
