Nicki Minaj Celebrates 10th Anniversary of Debut Album “Pink Friday” With Expanded Edition

Exactly ten years ago, Onika Tanya Maraj, the songstress who goes by the stage name of Nicki Minaj, released her debut album entitled “Pink Friday.” 2020 makes it the 10th anniversary of the release, and the songstress is excited.

In a recent Instagram post showing a video montage of songs from the album, Nicki Minaj thanked her fans for the love they showed the album, stating she was grateful for that. You can check out her post below.

Not done with thanking her fans, the songstres also released, via UMe/Young Money/Cash Money Records/Republic Records, an expanded edition of the album, featuring eight bonus tracks.

The original “Pink Friday” album popped at No. 2 on Billboard 200, eventually claiming the No. 1 spot, where it spent about 73 weeks – a record for a female rapper.

Notable songs on “Pink Friday” include “Moment 4 Life,” a collaborative work with the Canadian rapper Drake, “Right Thru Me,” and “Fly,” a collaborative work with Rihanna, Drake’s girl once upon a time.
