Nicki Minaj & Husband Kenneth Petty Sued For $750,000 By Former Bodyguard

A former bodyguard to Nicki Minaj has sued her and her husband Kenneth Petty for allegedly assaulting him following the “Megatron” rapper’s concert in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2019.

Back then, Thomas Weidenmuller had served as head of security for the concert in the German city. He is alleging that Kenneth punched him in the face following the concert and now seeks damages in the sum of $750k.

Thomas is claiming battery and that the punch caused him emotional distress.

It was reported the issue started after a fan bypassed a female security and got on stage with the songstress but did not attempt to touch her. The fan merely danced along to the music.

After the show, Minaj reportedly confronted the female guard and queried her why she should put her life (Minaj’s) at risk. Court documents revealed she called the female guard a “fucking bitch.” That comment reportedly reduced the female guard to tears, and Thomas himself was summoned.

He claimed that Minaj and Petty screamed insults at him and at some point Kenneth punched him from the side. Now he is seeking redress in court.

Nicki Minaj has said nothing about the suit at the time of writing. It remains to be seen how the case will pan out.
