Nicki Minaj set to drop new song “Yikes” this week, and also gives update on upcoming studio album.

It is sad that fans of American rapper, Nicki Minaj do not know much about what’s going on with her these days. That’s exactly since the latest edition of her Beats 1 Queen Radio show ended. At least, they’ve been getting a couple of gorgeous photos.

In a most recent live Q&A at the Pollstar Live event which featured her, she gave new updates on her life, music, social media, and even the Grammys.

Speaking about her shocking retirement announcement last year, she said it was one of those moments when she “shouldn’t have tweeted”. According to her, she deleted all her social media from her phone after that stop herself from such spontaneous acts.

She also stated that she would be releasing a new promotional single (a snippet of which was played) which would come ahead of the first official single off her upcoming fifth album. The song is dropping on Friday.
