Nicki Minaj’s Mom Files $150 Million Lawsuit Against Killer Driver

Nicki Minaj’s mother Carol Maraj has filed a $150 million suit against the hit-and-run driver who killed her husband Robert Maraj last month.

Ben Crump, one of the attorneys for Carol Maraj, confirmed the case which was filed last Friday, stating that Charles Polevich, who had hit and killed Nicki Minaj’s father, was more concerned about running away than seeking help. He denounced Charles as irresponsible and negligent.

Charles Polevich has reportedly gotten down from his Volvo after hitting Robert Maraj, asked if he was okay, and then fled the scene without calling paramedics 0r 911. Declared wanted, he had turned himself in.

Polevich, 70, stand charged on two felony counts. The first is for leaving the scene of the crime and the second is for tampering with the evidence against him.

Will the $150 million suit against Charles Polevich fly in court? The coming days should reveal a lot. For now, Nicki Minaj and her family and still deep in mourning of one of the key figures in their lives.
