Yesterday 22 December was the birthday of Nomcebo’s mother. The delighted daughter had taken to Instagram to celebrate her.
In a post, the “Jerusalema” hit maker had wished her mom a happy birthday. The birthday wish post had just a blank, black image, leaving many wondering if it was a posthumous birthday wish.
Anyway, in response to her post, fans also wished her mother a happy birthday in the comment section. The wishes were overwhelming.
In case you missed it, Nomcebo recently stated that her songwriting skills came from her mother. She had made that known when a fan enquired from her about the writing credits for the “Jerusalema” hit single with Master KG.
Back then, she had admitted she had written part of the lyrics for the song, ascribing her song writing gift to her mother, who she happens to resemble.been nominated for song of the year, and the songstress has been busy campaining for ans to vote for the song and make it win.
