It is not out of place these days to see famous musicians bring their children on their songs. This gives the kids exposure and even props them up for fame in the same field.
We saw this with Beyonce, who had her daughter Blue Ivy in her “Brown Skin Girl” music video, which ultimately earned the kid a Grammy at a very young age.
Well, we saw the same with another American, Kanye West, who included his daughter North West on his “Vuktures 1” album. The kid, who is currently 10 years old, appeared on the number “Talking” alongside her father.
The success of the album and the number has seen North West becoming a charting artist – the youngest to do so.
Of course, it all boils down to the influence of her father, as she is unlikely to have made it to that spot on a song all her own, without her father on it. But that’s by the way.
Thanks to the success of the tune, North is now the youngest artist on Billboard Hot 100 – likely a stepping stone with something greater.
The kid is Kanye West’s first daughter and first child from his failed marriage to Kim Kardashian. Go, North!
