Nota Baloyi Reacts To Arrest of AKA’s Suspected Killers

Music executive Nita Baloyi has reacted to the arrest of the suspects involved in AKA and Tibz’s murder.

Nota Baloyi is one person who has always shared his thoughts about AKA’s murder. While he may have caused trouble for himself, accusing the wrong people, Nota has always called for the case to be solved.

He recently reacted to reports that police arrested seven suspects involved in the murder, who were allegedly paid R800k. Nota answered those asking to see the bank statements and stated that the media in Swaziland have them.

In a late-night conference at the South African Police Service (SAPS) headquarters held on Tuesday night, South African Police Minister Bheki Cele said the six suspects are due to appear in court on Thursday.

He was joined by the KZN provincial commissioner, Lieutenant General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, and National Police Commissioner Lieutenant General Fannie Masemola.

Mkhwanazi said, “These six suspects played different roles during the operation. We have the coordinator, who is basically the master of everything. He is in custody. We have two shooters. We have two spotters — one of the spotters was inside the restaurant observing, watching Mr. Forbes and his friends — as well as the organiser of firearms and vehicles; because the vehicle used as a getaway and firearms used to shoot, they were all hired.”

A seventh suspect was arrested later.
