Would the controversies ever end for Lavida NOTA? Well, probably not in the foreseeable future. The culture critic has made yet another controversial comparison between the rappers A-Reece and Touchline and declared the former the better rapper.
The controversy started after A-Reece tweeted yesterday, May 3, that jealousy, desperation and greed bring out the worst in people.
In Rey to that tweet, NOTA emphasised that Touchline was a better rapper than A-Reece, who he thinks keeps trying to sound American like Nasty C.
He claimed that Touchline has dropped the best hip hop album so far this year and expressed the hope it would bring out the best in A-Reece and other musicians he called “American Wannabes.”
He encouraged A-Reece to get Nasty C into the studio so the two of them, notable public rivals, don’t get into the same disastrous rivalry that’s enveloped Cassper Nyovest and AKA. You can check out the tweet below.
NOTA’s latest sally is nothing surprising, as he’s always spoken his mind about all things hip hop and Mzansi culture.
