Media personality and Model, Ntando Duma claps back at social media troll who attempted to question the way she is raising her child.
Ntando Duma who started as a kid TV presenter and also known for her portrayal of Zinzi Dandala on the “Rhythm City” TV show has lambasted the social media user for criticizing her for letting her daughter Sbahle speak only English while she should have focused more on her perfecting her native language. The twitter user with the handle @incog_Negro_ responded to a video posted on twitter by the TV personality.
There’s something tragic about her not learning these in her own language…in the next few generations our languages will die out at this rate.
Nthando then went on to reply the response saying her daughter speaking only English or native language is none of the troll’s business. In her words:
This is EVIDENTLY the first video of us/her you’re watching! … Even if she only speaks/understands English only, I don’t think indaba yakho leyo. Zala owakho nawe, umfundise umtheto wakho…..Ndak’betha Minister of Languages.
Ntando Duma is a career-singer, model and an actress and TV personality. She is best known as the presenter on e.tv’s youth programming block, Craz-e, where she featured on Craz-e World live.
Ntando Duma last year launched her own food app, being one of the few South African celebrities to venture in the food business as a side hustle.
