A birthday is a milestone for some people and they get emotional celebrating it. At least that is the story recently for Lady Amar, a South African singer and sister to the actress Ntando Duma.
Lady Amara has just clocked 30 and friends and family celebrated her the best way they saw fit. She was emotional lapping up all the attention and good wishes. It wasn’t something she was planning for and certainly not something she was expecting.
But then, it was a surprise that anyone would have loved, and she was more than grateful for it all. Taking to Instagram soon after, she had shared the magical moment and what it meant to her. She was emotional with tears of joy. You can check out the clip below.
It appears the emotion thing – breaking down in tears in the face of kindness or goodwill – runs in the family. For instance, Ntando Duma is known to be another member of the family who easily gets emotional and breaks down in tears when she is surprised with great kindness.
Well, congratulations are in order for the “Hamba Juba” crooner. She has worked for and deserves all the good things coming her way. Yup.
