Ntando Mthethwa Opens Up After Announcing Divorce With Husband, Khaya

Ntando Mthethwa finally speaks up after announcing that she and her husband have gone their separate ways.

Miss South Africa 2016, Ntando Mthethwa, has finally opened up after she announced her divorce with husband, Khaya Mthethwa.

After two years in marriage together, the couple has decided to split and end their marriage. Their fans are not pleased with this development as they adore them as one of their favourite couples.

The beautiful mother of one took to Instagram to say that ‘All is well.’ She revealed that it has not been easy but she is forging forward.

She said:

We cry, ngoba ukukhala kubekiwe as we experience life. We don’t cry because we want something back but it’s the way in which we accept the reality and ride the wave as it comes. Some days you overcome the day, at times the day overcomes you. These days are equally important.

Cry…but move. Identify the season and live through it. There’s something so beautiful about starting from scratch…so long as we are given breath in our body. All is well!

Her husband, Khaya Mthethwa, has also talked about how he is moving on.

Taking to his Twitter page, the gospel singer, television host and Idols SA 2012 winner wrote:

 I’m living, I’m healing, I’m believing, I’m definitely reinventing!

The couple, who tied the knots in a lovely Swati-and Zulu-themed traditional wedding in Mpumalanga in February 2017 has dissolved their marriage. They had a ten-month-old baby boy.

After they filed for divorce, the former Miss South Africa mentioned on her Instagram page that she has returned with her son to her home province of Mpumalanga. She also stated that she and Khaya will co-parent their son and Khaya would have ‘unrestricted access’ to him.

The news, which was released last year in December, surprised their fans because they had just celebrated two years in marriage less than two weeks ago. Khala Mthethwa had proposed to Ntando after dating for three months.
