Ntsiki Mazwai defends Lady Zamar in recently shared tweets.
The rape case between Lady Zamar and ex-boyfriend, Sjava continues to gather momentum by the day. While the SA Hip Hop star has denied all the allegations, Zamar has told her own version of events about what went down.
Of course, the Mzansi star got criticized for it. Speaking out and taking her side is Ntsiki Mazwai who shared tweets in support of the singer and also recounted her experience. She revealed that since male celebrities are used to women falling for them, they do not believe it when some say “No”.
She further stated that rape needs to be addressed in the country and blasted the women criticising Lady Zamar because her case has gotten way more attention than theirs. She described them as “bitter”, and called the way the system is designed to handle rape in the country “filth”.
