Tulsa pastor, Mike Todd smears spit on parishioner’s face to illustrate sermon.
If you thought you’d seen it all, this might come as a shock to you as much as it did church-goers over the weekend. Tulsa pastor, Mike Todd has recently been criticized for disregarding Covid-19 norms after he spat in his hand and smeared it on a parishioner’s face during a sermon.
The sermon was titled “Receiving Vision From God Might Get Nasty”. The pastor of the Transformation Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma went practical while preaching the sermon. To illustrate, he brought a man before him, snorted and spat into his hand while the congregation looked on in shock.
He explained “And this is where most people would not face Jesus anymore,”. Later on, he snorted again, mixed the saliva and phlegm on his palms and smeared it on the man’s face. Reacting to the congregation’s “ewws” he said “How you just reacted, is how the people in your life will react when God is doing what it takes for the miracle,”.
