Penny Lebyane has slammed DJ Fresh’s “Podcast And Chill” interview, refuting claims that she paid him R80 000.
The drama is on, and it still involves DJ Fresh and Penny Lebyane. The latter is furious with the House music DJ for the claims he made in his interview on Mac G’s “Podcast And Chill.”
According to Fresh, Penny was ordered by the court to pay him R80 000 after she lost the highly publicized defamation case. Fresh said he received payment from Ntsiki Mazwai and Penny for smearing his name with the Me Too movement.
Reacting to the claims, Lebyane tweeted, “I didn’t pay anyone anything. Not a cent. I don’t have money to waste. First, l was not a respondent in the case. I filed to ask the court why my trading name, Penny Lebyane, is in paragraph 15 of an affidavit, which the response was it was a mistake, but l must pay for asking. I refused.”
