Everyone knows the kind of energy music festivals bring. It may be a new year, but festivals are brewing. The popular Afro Nation music festival has dropped plans for the year.
Afro Nation will happen in Miami, Florida, U.S., across two dates, 27 and 28 May 2023. It will be headlined by two of Africa’s biggest Afrobeats stars, Wizkid and Burna Boy. Both artists were once friends and are believed to have feuded last year. It will also feature performances by Rema, Asake, CKay, Bnxn, Black Sherif, Gyakie, and more.
Several Amapiano stars are also in the line-up of performers. They include Major League DJz, Uncle Waffles, Focalistic, Musa Keys, Vigro Deep, and TxC. Last year, DBN Gogo, Sho Madjozi, Musa Keys, Young Stunna, and more made the list. The festival will be hosted by Mzansi’s very own Uncle Vinny. We can’t wait.
