PlayStation and PUMA have teamed up and released a brand new collab.
What’s more exciting than hearing that two of your favorite brands joined forces and dropped a collab. According to HYPE, PUMA and Sony Interactive Entertainment have teamed up and are introducing a new PUMA x PLAYSTATION collection.
The publication writes that the collaboration features “Play-inspired graphics, holo-scene prints, and shimmer techniques punctuate the collaboration’s apparel” and it also “serves up new renditions of the Suede and RS-X sneakers.” These are said to be the heart of the collection.
The brands dropped also a press release, revealing that the collaboration introduces a fresh lineup of jackets, sneakers, and other products, with the designs aimed at captivating both gamers and fashion enthusiasts.
According to Saiganak, the PlayStation x PUMA Suede, particularly pays homage to the PlayStation console’s design. It creatively uses the triangle, square, X, and O control scheme motifs strategically across various parts of the footwear.
The collection is also available in two designs, including a daytime grey and a mystic nocturnal edition. It is available in in both adult and kids sizing, and for all genders.
EconoTimes writes that “the collaboration’s accompanying footwear features PUMA court icons like the Suede paired with running-inspired models like the RS-X, which feature elevated PlayStation detailing, debossed prints, and gradient colour schemes.”
