Pop Icon Madonna Ends Celebration Tour with Iconic Final Show in Brazil

Iconic pop star Madonna ended the Celebration Tour with a legendary show in Brazil.

Madonna is that girl. The famous pop star recently performed to over 1.6 million fans who gathered at Brazil’s famed Copacabana Beach to watch her do her thing. After 80 laudable shows, the Celebration Tour finally came to an end.

According to reports, the pop icon walked down an elevated bridge from the Copacabana Palace hotel shortly after 22:30 to a large stage. Then she gave one of the best performances of her already iconic career. She was dressed in all black as she sang her hit song “Nothing Really Matters.”

She said at the start of the performance, “Rio, here we are in the most beautiful place in the world.”

The Brazil concert was a free event. The City Tourism Office reports that the concert drew an estimated 1.6 million people across the country. Famous DJ Diplo opened the show with an energetic set.

During her performance of the hit “Vogue,” Madonna was joined on stage during by Brazilian singer Anitta. She also paid tribute to AIDS victims, including Freddie Mercury and the legendary Brazilian musician Cazuza with Live To Tell. Fans all over the country had good things to say about the show.
