It’s that time of the year again when peeps, celebs or not, draw up lists of their favourite stuff for the year. The list is as diverse as can be -from favourite songs to favourite books to favourite persons.
The world especially looks forward to lists made up by respectable persons, including global leaders. Former United States president Barack Obama is not immune to making lists.
In fact, he has just made a list of his favourite songs of 2020, after consulting his daughter Sha Sha, who he describes as the family’s music guru. Sitting at the top of the list is a song titled “Savage (Remix)” by Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé.
In the middle of Obama’s list is a song titled “Uwrongo,” a collaborative song by South Africa’s Prince Kaybee, Shimza, Black Motion, and Ami Faku. “Uwrongo” is the only song by a South African on Obama’s list.
Interestingly, Time magazine had earlier picked “Uwrongo” as one of the best songs of 2020.
By the way, Obama’s list has been liked over 265k times, with fans from around the world thanking him for the list, as well as speaking about theirs in the comments.
Well, what do you think of Obama’s list?
