South African producer, Prince Kaybee, has attempted to put an end to the ongoing feud between him and DJ Maphorisa. After having weeks-long feud over music masters ownership on social media, it seems that the ‘Gugulethu’ hitmaker is ready to put an end to it.
Last week Saturday, Prince Kaybee took to his Twitter page to call for a truce between DJ Maphorisa and himself.
This occurred when DJ Maphorisa tagged Prince Kaybee to a post on Twitter. It was a promotional tweet for DJ Maphorisa’s song titled ‘Nokuthula.’ DJ Maphorisa wants to convert every retweet to a rand so that he will donate the funds to the family in need. To increase the donation, DJ Maphorisa urged Prince Kaybee to implore his fans to retweet the post.
It is, however, unlikely that their feud may end anytime soon. Prince Kaybee replied to DJ Maphorisa by telling him to donate the money without using the method to push tickets for his upcoming show.
