Prince Kaybee’s “Fetch Your Life” Song Inspires Judge Mahube Molemela

Prince Kaybee took to his Twitter page to express his excitement as supreme court Judge Mahube says that "Fetch Your Life" inspired her.

Prince Kaybee is humbled that his song, Fetch Your Life, serves as an inspiration to Mahube Molemela, the Supreme Court of Appeal judge.

Fetch Your Life is distinguished by Judge Justice Mahube Molemela as one of the best motivational songs of 2019.

Kabelo Motsamai, famously known as Prince Kaybee, shared a video of Judge Justice Mahube Molemela giving him a shout out on his Twitter page.

The judge spoke about the depth of the lyrics and recommended that youths should listen to Fetch Your Life as it would serve as a source of inspiration and motivation in actualising their goals.

Judge Justice Mahube Molemela said in the video:

In your way, go out there and celebrate this achievement with your families in a special way. And as you celebrate and you play the song Fetch Your Life by Kaybee, please listen to the lyrics and please watch the video.

I watched it and I was inspired. We have very capable young people from all walks of life, from all industries, from all sectors…there’s hope for this country, ladies and gentlemen, let’s make it happen. Thank you.

Kaybee had been accused by some people because Judge Justice Mahube Molemela did not mention the song’s vocalist, Msaki.

About two months ago, Prince Kaybee had also been reprimanded because his bookings manager did not mention the vocalist, Msaki, while he accepted an award for House Record of the year at the Dance Music Awards SA (DMASA).

When a commotion happened on social media over the acknowledgement issue, Prince Kaybee explained the reason Msaki’s name was not mentioned when his bookings manager made his acceptance speech.

He explained that the bookings manager had forgotten to mention Msaki’s name while he accepted the award on his behalf.

So, Kaybee explained this on Twitter. He said:

Hi guys, I would like to apologise on behalf of my booking manager for not mentioning Msaki yesterday at the awards when collecting the award on OUR behalf. I didn’t know what she was gonna say, I then posted “WE” (Msaki and I) have won an award. We did not mean any harm.

It appears that all matters are in the past because Prince Kaybee and Msaki were spotted performing together on stage.

Prince Kaybee is a notable disk jockey with hit songs such as Gugulethu, Fetch your Life and Banomoya. He had been nominated for awards such as South African Music Award for Best Produced Album, South African Music Award for Best Dance Album and MTV Europe Music Award for Best African Act.
