Yes, he isn’t just about music and cars. The “Banomoya” star recently took to social media to share the meal plan for his 90 day fitness challenge. It includes 5 meals that you are expected to have every day.

The meals include Green tea, 40G oats & 3 egg whites, a bowl fruit salad & plain yogurt, a cup of cooked rice & 70G chicken breast, Tuna salad or shake, and 70G Fish/Chicken & mixed vegetable & 1/2 cucumber.

You are expected to cook the food with cooking sprays, coconut oil, virgin olive oil or water, add herbs or spices and avoid fatty sauces and products with artificial sugar, gas and fat. Check below for full info.
