Young Thug and over a dozen of his YSL associates stand accused of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, with Thugger already in the slammer in Fulton.
Apart from violating the RICO Act, other charges that they stand accused of include murder, armed robbery, and participation in criminal street gang activity.
But where does Michigan singer Queen Naija come in all of this? As far as some of her critics are concerned, she is part of the YSL family and the one who had ratted to the cops about the allegedly criminal activities among the YSL.
The songstress herself hasn’t addressed those claims. Instead, her focus appears to be on her music and what she’s about to release – a new single. In a post shared with her 2.1 million followers on Twitter, she had asked fans to guess what her next single would be about.
The suggestions were multifarious. Still, some tweeters are miffed that Queen Naija is yet to address the YSL-police debacle, although, according to them, she was once spotted with a YSL pendant.
Anyway, it remains to be seen how Thugger and co will navigate this current crisis and if Queen Naija would take on the subject at some point – in music or not.
