Rihanna’s Muslim Fans Call Her Out For Using A Song That Included Sacred Islamic Verses In Her Lingerie Fashion Show

Rihanna gets called out by her Muslim fans for using a song that included Islamic verses during her second Savage x Fenty lingerie fashion show.

While popstar, Rihanna was praised for putting on an amazing show with her second Savage x Fenty lingerie fashion show, she also received a lot of backlash. Apparently, a song played during the show was highly disrespectful to her Islam fans.

The show which streamed exclusively on Amazon Prime featured the lingerie models dancing to a song “Doom” by London-based producer, Coucou Chloe. The song which was released back in 2017 includes a remix of a Hadith narration which details the end of times and the judgement day.

While Rihanna’s team is yet to respond to the backlash, Coucou Chloe has sent out a tweeted apology. She revealed she created the song using Baile Funk tracks she found online. She went on to state “At the time, I was not aware that these samples used text from an Islamic Hadith.
